Welcome to WriteUp! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WriteUp platform, website, and related services (collectively, “the Service”) operated by WriteUp (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using WriteUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on WriteUp. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent, guardian, or teacher to use the Service.
To use WriteUp, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
WriteUp offers subscription-based access for individual classes and schools.
Monthly Plans Monthly plans begin with a
7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being billed. After the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled before the next billing date. Monthly payments are
non-refundable once charged.
Annual Plans Annual plans are billed in full at the time of purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a
full refund within 30 days of your payment. Refunds are not available after 30 days. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year unless canceled before renewal.
Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access remains active through the end of your current billing cycle.
Plan Changes You can switch between monthly and annual plans at any time. Any changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You agree to use WriteUp only for lawful educational and writing purposes. You may not: Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service; Upload or share content that is harmful, illegal, or infringes on others’ rights; Use WriteUp to cheat, spam, or misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All materials, software, and content provided by WriteUp are owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the writing and content you create using WriteUp.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your information.
WriteUp is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteUp and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of WriteUp after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
